Time Clown is a super-villain. He traverses time at will and uses this power for pure evil. No one incarnation of this character is more correct than the other, but there are a few specifics that have been pinned down..
- clown-like jumpsuit - clocks - eyes pointing in different directions (you know, like a chameleon) - insanity - exclusively drives a turn-of-the century flying machine
other than that, people are free to create their own take on this dastardly villain.
